Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

ZxtPay ships electronic products across India. We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders are processed and dispatched from authorized fulfillment centers within India.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, sale events, or public holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email and SMS.

3. Shipping Options and Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on eligible orders, otherwise shipping charges may apply
  • Express Shipping (2–3 business days): Available for select locations at an additional cost

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, and product availability.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, product type, and selected shipping method. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email and SMS. You can track your shipment through our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.

6. Delivery Process

Deliveries are attempted during standard business hours (9 AM to 8 PM). Our courier partners may attempt delivery up to two or three times before returning the shipment to the origin if delivery is unsuccessful.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. ZxtPay will not be responsible for delivery delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Non-Serviceable & Remote Locations

Certain remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable by our logistics partners. In such cases, customers will be notified and provided with alternative delivery options or order cancellation.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution as per our policy.

10. Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery timelines may be affected due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or government regulations. Customers will be informed of any major delays.
