Cancellation & Returns Policy

Effective Date: July 22, 2025

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected] or call +91 9687678678. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible electronic items such as smartphones, laptops, smartwatches, headsets, printers, and accessories. Items must be:

  • In original condition and unused
  • With all original accessories, manuals, and packaging
  • With original invoice and warranty cards (if applicable)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs
  • Products with missing accessories or damaged packaging
  • Software, downloadable products, or activation-based items
  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review and approve the request
  4. Pickup will be arranged or return instructions will be shared

4. Return Shipping

We offer free return pickup for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. For other approved returns, return shipping may be chargeable depending on the product and location.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

6. Replacement & Exchange Policy

Replacements or exchanges are available for defective or incorrect electronic items, subject to stock availability. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Exchange requests are processed after quality verification.

7. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a pickup and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

8. Quality Inspection

All returned items undergo a quality inspection. Products that fail inspection or do not meet return criteria may be sent back to the customer without a refund.

9. Refund Timeline

  • UPI / Card / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: 7–10 business days via bank transfer
